After business hours, notifications may be made to the IT off-duty answering service at (214) 768-4357.

The Information Security Officer may also be notified directly at (214) 768-7321.

An email may be sent to [email protected]. The email should contain:

• Your name, phones number/s, and other contact information
• Information about the incident, including a description of the incident, any date/time information (when the incident was discovered, when the incident occurred), and any other relevant information
• Any actions that you may have taken
