All outdoor events (except Tabling events) require a site plan.  A site plan is an image of the locations depicting the approximate locations of all activities that will occur at the event. PDFs of each reservable outdoor locations and an example site plan are located on the left.

1. Download the PDF or use a digital image (i.e., Google earth).
2. Complete the site plan.
3. Upload it with your outdoor event request (OER) through STABLE.
