ALL outdoor events require a site plan.  A site plan is an image of the locations depicting the approximate locations of all activities that will occur at the event. PDFs of each reservable outdoor locations and an example site plan are located on the left.

Please note that ground stakes used to support tents and inflatables cannot be longer than 18" and in some locationss they are strictly prohibited. Select the More Info button next to the locations in the Outdoor Reservations gadget in STABLE, OR see the outdoor reservable spaces on the campus interactive map for details.

1. Download the PDF or use a digital image (i.e., Google earth).
2. Complete the site plan.
3. Upload it with your outdoor event request (OER) through STABLE.
